Firstly, a bit about me

My name is Nikola and I have been in the filmmaking and content creating branches for more than 5 years now. In the last one and half years I have changed direction and started specializing in creating content, presentation videos and marketing of the projects in the construction industry.

Filmmaking was something I wanted to do since the first time I have picked up the phone with the camera. The idea of being able to tell a visual story with the camera and express my imagination is something that drives me and to this day gets me up in the morning.

now, CONSTRUCTION SITE FILMS

The idea for Construction Site Films project started in 2022, after I've got the opportunity to do marketing for one reputable Turkish construction company. While planning and testing several ideas for creating their visual identity with their sales team, I've come to realization that most of the construction companies lack quality presentations of their projects that are in the development phase and that the case might be that they are not even aware that they need it.

After doing market research I have realized that presentations that they have for the ongoing project are mostly just a compilation of few drone shots of the construction site with the music added in post-production.

I wanted to take it to the next level.

Concept is simple:

Tell an attractive visual story which showcases the beautiful area that surrounds the future residence, the construction itself and the vision behind the project overall.

But, instead of doing it one time, make constant updates by creating fresh content on a monthly basis which follows the construction progress and growth.
